There’s something sacred about being in a room where women see each other not for what they’ve achieved, or how well they’re holding it all together but for who they are beneath it all.
Recently, I’ve been thinking about what it means to be part of a community that truly celebrates each other. Not in loud, performative ways. But in quiet moments of listening. In nods of understanding. In the kind of presence that says: You don’t have to do this alone.
These spaces are rare but when they happen, they stay with you.
With Mother’s Day around the corner, I’ve been reflecting on the women in my life my mom, aunties, friends who have carried so much, often without recognition. And I keep asking myself:
What do we really need right now?
Not another gift card.
Not another candle.
But maybe a moment to breathe.
A chance to connect.
A reminder that what we do matters.
So here’s a thought:
🌺 What if this Mother’s Day, the gift was simply… space?
Space to reflect.
To be poured into instead of pouring out.
To be surrounded by women who understand the complexity of your story.
Whether your mom is a trailblazer, a quiet powerhouse, a storyteller, a business owner, or simply someone who gives so much of herself this might be the kind of experience that stays with her.
No pressure. No pitch. Just a gentle invitation to something meaningful.
If you're curious, here’s where we’ll be gathering this May:
👉 Women of the World Hawaii – May 2025
I’ll be there listening, learning, connecting.
Maybe you or someone you love will be too.
Let’s keep making space for each other. We need it now more than ever.
